25. Forward

I love the word forward. Regardless of where we came from or what happened yesterday or decades ago -- as long as we wake up tomorrow -- we can give ourselves permission to move forward.

We can start anew.

We can try a new approach to the same day.

We can call someone we miss.

We can experiment with something small.

We can try a new recipe.

We can host a flash neighborhood party.

We can plan a vacation.

We can move forward. #forward
